According to a cost of living survey conducted by the American Chamber of Commerce Researchers Asociation the Bentonville/Bella Vista area is one place where your dollar goes further. Using an index number of 100 as a national average, Northwest Arkansas ranked a low 91 percent.

Bella Vista is an unincorporated community. The Village is a carefully planned, private community of homes, townhouses, churches, commercial centers with business and professional services, medical clinics, library, and $35,500,000 in recreational amenities, including eight lakes and 117 holes of golf.
The Bella Vista Property Owners Association charges propery owners a monthly assessment for use of the village’s facilities; $16 for a lot and $24 for a home. Some user fees apply. Townhouse owners are assessed an additional $55 per month by the Bella Vista Townhouse Association.
